二 | “这次带着‘小哥圆桌会’站上市新时代文明实践项目展示交流活动的舞台，我心里满是踏实与荣幸。能和全市优秀的文明实践项目同台交流，对我们骑手团队来说是一次难得的学习机会。”“小哥圆桌会”文明善治新时代文明实践项目牵头人彭清林告诉记者，“小哥圆桌会”从最初帮骑手们解决诉求和难题的议事小会场，一步步成长为如今规范化的文明实践项目，离不开每一位支持者和参与者的努力。希望借助此次活动的平台，能更多展示新就业群体主动参与城市文明建设、基层善治的实践成果，让更多人理解“小哥议事、小哥服务、小哥奉献”的价值。“我最早是一个人义务修车，现在有一群志愿者一起，免费给群众修车、修家电、理发等。

三 | 这次能带着这个传承类项目来参加展示，是认可更是责任。”在“胜东有礼·周一学胜东”最美榜样传承文明实践项目负责人孔胜东看来，一个人的力量有限，只有让更多人愿意学榜样、做志愿服务，文明实践才能更好地遍地开花，“接下来我们会持续做深做细每周一的常态化便民服务，不断扩大青年志愿者队伍，让雷锋精神、劳模精神在杭州一代代传下去。”近年来，杭州持续深化新时代文明实践体系建设，坚持以项目化引领，推动文明实践向精准化、常态化、便利化、品牌化迈进；通过建立市级项目库，持续孵化、培育、推广一批群众认可、社会影响力大的文明实践项目，全力擦亮“浙江有礼·最美杭州”市域文明新实践品牌。下一步，杭州将持续发掘基层优质文明实践载体，孵化培育并广泛推广一批群众喜闻乐见、具备较强社会影响力的特色项目，持续深耕“浙江有礼・最美杭州”市域文明新实践品牌，让文明新风浸润杭城每一处角落。
